Remove the wheel, the brake, and the suspension cylinder.

Remove bolts (1) . Use Tooling (B) in order to remove cover (2) .

Remove bolts (3) , retainer (4) , cover (5) , O-ring seal (6) , and O-ring seals (7) .

Remove bolts (8) . Remove retainer (9) . Remove shims (10) .

Use Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device in order to remove wheel assembly (11) . The weight of wheel assembly (11) is approximately 916 kg (2020 lb). If necessary, Use a suitable lifting device in order to remove spacer ring (12) . The weight of spacer ring (12) is approximately 77 kg (170 lb).

Use two people in order to remove bearing cone (13) . The weight of bearing cone (13) is approximately 32 kg (70 lb).

Remove bearing cup (14) .
Turn over the wheel housing.

Remove Duo - Cone seal (15) . Remove bearing cup (16) .
Remove Duo - Cone seal (17) .

Remove bearing cone (18) . The weight of bearing cone (18) is approximately 53 kg (116 lb).
