1. Remove bracket (1) and panel (2) from the side of the operator's compartment. 2. Remove the nut and move linkage (3) clear of the arm.3. Put identification on air lines (6) and disconnect the air lines from elevator reverse and air control valve (4).4. Remove two screws (5) and remove the air control valve.Install Elevator Reverse And Air Control Valve
1. Put the elevator reverse and air control valve in position on the bracket and install screws (1). Connect the linkage to the arm.2. Connect air lines (2) to the valve in their original position. 3. Install panel (4) and bracket (3) on the side of the operator's compartment.Disassemble And Assemble Elevator Reverse And Air Control Valve
start by: a) remove elevator reverse and air control valve1. Remove rivet (1) and arm (3) from the valve body.2. Remove nut (2), seals, springs, valve and plunger from the valve body. 3. Put seal (5) on plunger (4). Put seal (9) on nut (2). Put clean oil on both seals.4. Install spring (6) and the plunger assembly in the valve body as shown.5. Install arm (3) and rivet (1) in the valve body as shown.6. Install valve (7), spring (8) and the nut assembly in the other end of the valve body as shown.end by:a) install elevator reverse and air control valve
