Rework Procedure
Refer to the Service Manual if/as necessary.
1. Remove the front belly guard to get access to the bottom front of the engine.
2. Drain the coolant system.

3. Remove and replace the 7S-8780 Hose (A) that is connected to the inlet side of the water pump (B) using two new 209-4590 Clamps. Tighten the clamps to a torque of 7.5 +/- 1 Nm (62 +/- 9 lb in). Refer to Image1.3.1.
4. Refill the coolant system.
5. Install the belly guard.
