Remove the bolt and the washer that secures two clips (109) and (110) to the channel assembly. Remove clip (109) from hose assembly (104). Remove clip (110) from hose assembly (97) .

Remove the bolt and the washer that secures clip (111) to the channel assembly. Remove clip (111) from the wiring harness.
Attach Tooling (A) to the two door assemblies. Position a suitable lifting device to Tooling (A). Secure the suitable lifting device to a hoist.
Remove eight bolts (112) and the washers that secure the channel assembly to the platform.
Remove the channel assembly and the door assemblies from the platform. The weight of the channel assembly and the door assemblies is 73 kg (160 lb).

Remove the bolt, the washers, and the nut that secures clip (113) to the bracket. Remove clip (113) from the hose assemblies.
Remove the bolt and the washer that secures clip (114) to the engine end frame. Remove clip (114) from the wiring harness.
Remove the bolt, the washers, and the nut that secures clip (115) to the bracket. Remove clip (115) from the hose assemblies.

Remove the bolt, the washers, and the nut that secures clip (116) to the bracket. Remove clip (116) from the hose assemblies.
Remove the bolt, the washers, and the nut that secures clamp (117) to the bracket. Remove clamp (117) from the hose assembly.

Attach a suitable lifting device around center bracket assembly (118). Secure the suitable lifting device to a hoist.
Remove four bolts (119), the washers, the mount assemblies, and the nuts that secure center bracket assembly (118) to the engine end frame.
Remove six bolts (120) that secure center bracket assembly (118) to the output transfer gear case.
Remove center bracket assembly (118) from the output transfer gear case. The weight of center bracket assembly (118) is 152 kg (335 lb).

Attach Tooling (B) to output transfer gear case (121). Position a suitable lifting device to Tooling (B). Secure the suitable lifting device to a hoist.

Remove four bolts (122) and the washers that secure manifold (123) and the seal to the steering cylinder.
Disconnect manifold (123) and the seal from the steering cylinder. Position manifold (123) for the removal of the transmission and output transfer gear and case.

Remove four bolts (124) and the washers that secure manifold (125) and the seal to the steering cylinder.
Disconnect manifold (125) and the seal from the steering cylinder. Position manifold (125) for the removal of the transmission and output transfer gear and case.

Remove two bolts (126), the washers, the mounts, and the nuts that secure mounting bracket (127) to output transfer gear case (121) to the engine end frame.
