Remove the 209-5582 Magnetic Switch Gp (B) from the engine.

(1) 208-9277 Bolt (2) 283-1226 Bracket As
Assemble the 209-5582 Magnetic Switch Gp (B) onto the 283-1226 Bracket As (2) with two 208-9277 Bolts (1) and tightened to 28 7 N m (248 62 lb in).

(5) 4P-7581 Clip (6) 4P-8134 Clip (10) 8T-4121 Hard Washer (11) 8T-4137 Bolt
Assemble the magnetic switch group onto the bosses using two 8T-4121 Hard Washers (10) and two 8T-4137 Bolt (11). Assemble the 4P-7581 Clip (5) first and 4P-8134 Clip (6) second. Torque to 55 10 N m (41 7 lb ft).

(3) 367-3250 Power Harness As (4) 367-3252 Sensor Harness As (8) 7K-1181 Cable Strap
Assemble the terminals of the 367-3252 Sensor Harness As (4) tightened to 9 1 N m (80 9 lb in). Assemble the connector of the 367-3250 Power Harness As (3) to the magnetic switch group and secure with 7K-1181 Cable Straps (8).

Attach a 4P-7581 Clip (5) using the existing hardware.

Route the 367-3250 Power Harness As (3) and the new 367-3252 Sensor Harness As (4) in the frame flex joint as shown. Use 7K-1181 Cable Strap (8) to secure the routing.

Remove the connector of the old engine harness from the interface. Tie the connector back with 7K-1181 Cable Strap (8) and cover the end with 1P-0810 Electrical Tape (7). Insert the new sensor harness assembly into the interface.

Route the 367-3250 Power Harness As (3) and 367-3252 Sensor Harness As (4) towards heater element of engine following existing engine harness. Use cable straps (8) to secure routing periodically. Connect the 367-3250 Power Harness As (3) and the 367-3252 Sensor Harness As (4) as shown in Illustration 10. Tighten the 367-3252 Sensor Harness As (4) to 12 3 N m (106 27 lb in).

After relocating the relay, tie the unused terminal back to the harness with a 7K-1181 Cable Strap (8). Wrap the terminal with 1P-0810 Electrical Tape (7)
