4 - - Use following procedure to install wiper arm.
Torque to 21 1 N m (186 9 lb in).
Wait for minimum 0.5 hrs.
Again tighten to 21 1 N m (186 9 lb in).
5 1 Nut Torque to 9 1 N m (80 9 lb in).
6 1 Nut Torque to 9 1 N m (80 9 lb in).
7 1 Nut Torque to 7.5 0.5 N m (66.4 4.4 lb in).
8 1 Nut Torque to 38 2 N m (28 1 lb ft).
9 4 191-8921 Bolt Torque to 14 2 N m (124 18 lb in).
10 - - Tighten the inner nut to 13 2 N m (115 18 lb in).
Tighten the outer nut to 38 2 N m (28 1 lb ft).
Hold the inner nut while tightening the outer nut.
