4. Check for freon in the system as follows: Feel the suction line (1) and the discharge line (2).If the system contains freon, the discharge line will be warmer than the suction line.If the system does not contain, or is very low on freon, poor cooling will result.5. Turn off the engine to inspect the compressor belt. 6. Inspect the condition and the adjustment of the compressor belt. The belt should deflect 14 to 20 mm (9/16 to 13/16 inch) under 110 N (25 lb) force. 7. To adjust, loosen the compressor bracket bolts. 8. Turn the adjusting nuts until the correct belt tension is reached. Tighten the adjusting nuts to 150 20 N m (110 15 lb ft).9. Tighten the compressor bracket bolts.10. Recheck the belt adjustment.11. Repeat steps 1 through 3.12. If poor cooling is experienced, turn off the air conditioner. Stop the engine. Inspect the condition and the adjustment of the belts. Replace worn or damaged belts. Replace belts in matched sets, even though only one may be damaged or worn. 1. Inspect the adjustment. The belts should deflect 14 to 20 mm (9/16 to 13/16 inch) under 110 N (25 lb) force. 2. Loosen the alternator mounting bolts. Loosen the adjusting locknut. 3. Turn the adjusting nut until the correct belt tension is reached. Tighten the adjusting locknut to 150 20 N m (110 15 lb ft).4. Tighten the alternator mounting bolts.Fan Bearing

Lubricate one fitting.Brake Fluid Reservoirs
Inspect Fluid Level
1. Open the access cover in the hood. 2. Unlock the retainers.3. Remove the lids from both brake fluid reservoirs. Maintain the brake fluid within 1 cm (1/2 inch) of the top of each reservoir. 4. Inspect all seals, and replace them if necessary.5. Replace the lids on the reservoirs. Secure them with the retainers. Close the access cover.Service Brakes
Test Holding Ability
Be sure the area around machine is clear of personnel and obstructions.Be sure the steering frame
