Group 2
1. Perform all the Steps in the rework for Group 1.2. Remove the existing 1U3505 Ring Kit from the implement pump and replace it with a new 6E4719 Ring Kit. The pump is accessed by removing the seat from the cab. The pilot section of the pump can be replaced without removing the entire pump from the machine.
Group 3
1. Perform all the Steps in the rework for Group 1.2. Remove the existing 1U3505 Ring Kit from the implement pump and replace it with a new 6E4719 Ring Kit. The pump is accessed by removing the seat from the cab. The pilot section of the pump can be replaced without removing the entire pump from the machine.
3. Refer to the 1047637 Control Group - Service Brake and remove the 1048632 Tube Assembly and the 6V8724 Elbow from the 8R5603 Charge Valve. Cap off the 6V8781 Tee with a 6V9829 Cap Assembly.4. Remove the 6V9877 Elbow from below the 1060430 Manifold.5. Install a 6V9873 Connector and one end of the 1219440 Hose Assembly to the charge valve. Install a 6V8942 Reducer with a 6V8556 Nut to a 6V9846 Tee on the other end of the hose. Attach the tee to the 1060430 Manifold using a 6V9874 Connector. Reinstall 1048622 Hose Assembly to the 6V9839 Tee.6. Install a 5000 psi gauge on the quick disconnect port located on the 8R5603 Charging Valve to check the cut in and cut out pressures. These pressures should be: 7. Install a 500 psi gauge on the quick disconnect port for the pilot system. At both low and high engine idle the pilot pressure should be 350 20 psi. This pressure is controlled by the 9U3346 Pressure Reducing Valve.Group 4
1. Relieve the hydraulic pressure per the service manual. Refer to 1047637 Control group - Service Brake in the Parts manual.2. Fabricate (in COSA, purchase) a new 1339661 Tube Assembly per Illustration 3.3. Remove 1085197 Tube Assembly. Plug 1060430 Manifold with 9S4185 Plug and 3K0360 Seal.4. Connect 1339661 Hose Assembly (45 degree end) to 1008941 Parking Brake Valve using 8T5050 Connector and 4J5477 Seal.5. Connect the other end of 1339661 Hose Assembly to hydraulic tank using 8T7521 Elbow and 4J5477 Seal. Route and clip the hose assembly per Illustration 4 - 6 using 1S0994 and 1S1015 Clips.6. If the machine is equipped with supplemental Steering, replace the 6C8864 Tube Assembly with a 1371727 Tube Assembly. Replace hose, clamp and seals as needed.Group 5
1. Perform all the steps in the rework for Group 4.2. Remove the existing 1U3505 Ring Kit from the implement pump and replace it with a new 6E4719 Ring Kit.
