Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the hydraulic cylinder. Refer to Service Manual, "Hydraulic Cylinder (Sideshift) - Remove and Install".Note: Use a suitable lifting device to support the weight of the rear assembly. The weight of the rear assembly is 93 kg (205.0 lb). If the work tool is attached to the machine, the machine is a suitable lifting device. Lower the work tool to the ground.

Remove the nuts, the washers and four bolts (1) from the upper bar assembly.

In order to remove the bar assembly, pull the bar assembly in the direction away from the drive assembly.
Repeat steps 1 and 2 in order to remove the lower bar assembly.Installation Procedure

Place the lower bar assembly into position. Slide the bar assembly in the direction of the drive assembly in order to install the bar assembly.

Install four bolts (1), the washers and nuts. Tighten the bolts.
