Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the boost control valve.
Remove the air cleaner.

Loosen clamp (6) and remove exhaust elbow (5). Remove the clamp from the support.
Remove the bolts and the nuts that hold the support to the exhaust manifold.
Remove the support and coupling (9).
Remove the seal rings from coupling (9).
Remove the bolts, oil supply tube (2), and the gasket.
Remove the bolts, oil drain tube (8), and the gasket.
Remove the bolts, tube assembly (3), tube assembly (7), and the gaskets.
Attach a suitable lifting device to turbocharger (1). The weight of turbocharger (1) is approximately 25 kg (55 lb).
Remove nuts (4), turbocharger (1), and the gasket from the exhaust manifold.
Remove oil drain tube (8) and the O-ring seal from the flywheel housing.
