Assembly Procedure

Install dowel pins (11) into housing (1) .
Install bearing (13), bushing (14), bushing (12), and bushing (2) into housing (1) .
Install powerhead assembly (4) into housing (1). Install idler shaft (15) and gear shaft (3) into the housing.
Install thrust bearing race (17) and thrust bearing race (16) onto powerhead assembly (4) .
Install bushing (19), bushing (18), and bushing (5) into cover (7) .
Install gasket (6), gasket (9), motor (10), and bolts (22) on cover (7) .
Install cover (7), bolts (21), pin (8) and bolt (20) on housing (1) .End By:
Install the power crown. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Power Crown - Install".
Install the power adjuster motor group (extender height). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Power Adjusted Motor Group (Extender Height) - Install".
