Apply Tooling (M) to setscrew (8) and install setscrew (8). Tighten setscrew (8) to a torque of 25 6 N m (18 4 lb ft).

Install the O-ring seal to the face of sensor housing (7). Install sensor housing (7) and bolts (6).

Install grommet (2) .
Apply Tooling (K) to the mating surface of connector plate (3) and install connector plate (3) .
Install sleeve (4) and connector assembly (5) .

Attach Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to the lift cylinder. The weight of the lift cylinder is approximately 567 kg (1250 lb).

Position lift cylinder (11) to the machine. Install bolts (13). Tighten bolts (13) to a torque of 900 100 N m (664 74 lb ft).

Connect hose assemblies (12). Remove Tooling (B) from lift cylinder (11) .

Position guard assembly (9) and install bolts (10) .
