1 2 148-8395 Plug As Before assembly, apply blue Loctite 243 to the threads.
2 2 355-3779 Plug Torque to 16.0 1.5 N m (141.6 13.3 lb in).
3 6 8T-0657 Bolt Coat the bolt threads and under head area with Loctite C5A copper anti-seize compound.
Tighten the six bolts in two stages. Tighten the bolts in a cross pattern:
1. Torque to 150 N m (111 lb ft).
2. Torque to 460 N m (339 lb ft).
4 - - The surfaces must be free of paint, coat with rust preventive.
5 1 162-0177 Plug As Before assembly, apply blue Loctite 272 to the threads.
6 1 457-0171 Seal Carrier During assembly, coat lightly with lubricant.
7 1 457-0170 Piston During assembly, coat lightly with lubricant. Before assembly, fill lifting eye with hydraulic oil.
8 1 457-0190 Distributor During assembly, coat lightly with lubricant.
9 2 352-0374 Dowel Diameter is 9.775 0.025 mm (0.3848 inch).
10 1 457-0168 Sleeve During assembly, coat outside of sleeve lightly with lubricant.
11 1 457-0174 Diaphragm During assembly, coat lightly with lubricant.
12 1 457-0162 Thrust Ring Coat the Thrust Ring with Loctite C5A copper anti-seize compound.
13 1 461-9841 Pin Coat the pin and pin bore with Loctite C5A copper anti-seize compound.
Diameter is 49.65 0.25 mm (1.955 inch).
14 1 457-0163 Bushing Coat the outside of bushing in front head with Loctite C5A copper anti-seize compound.
Coat the inside of bushing with rust preventive.
