Install motor (20). Install the bolt and nut (19) .

Install cover (18) and three nuts (17) .

Install six bolts (16) .

Connect four electrical connectors (15) .

Install coil assembly (14) and four bolts (13) .
Install two refrigerant hoses (11) and two heater hoses (12) .
Connect electrical connector (10) .

Install plastic cover (9) .

Install cover panel (8) and four bolts (7) .

Install two bolts (6) .

Install three bolts (5) .
Install the air filter and air filter cover (4). Tighten two screws (3) .

Install air filter (2) on the left side of the cab. Close access door (1) .
Evacuate the air conditioner system. Charge the air conditioner system. The correct charge is 2.0 kg (4.4 lb). Refer to Service Manual, SENR5664, "Air Conditioning and Heating Systems with R-134a Refrigerant" for the correct procedure. Refer to Special Publication, NEDG5065, "Air Conditioning Tools" for the correct tools.
Close the engine hood.End By: Install the seat. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Seat - Remove and Install".
