3. Turn the fuel pump switch (3) to ON to transfer the fuel to the fuel tank.4. When the fuel reaches the FULL mark on the fuel level gauge, turn the fuel pump switch (3) to OFF.
To prevent hose damage, do not coil the hose in a tight radius.
5. Make sure excess fuel is drained from the suction hose (2) before storing.6. When storing the suction hose (2), coil the suction hose on the support attached to the battery box. Fasten the end of the hose to the holder provided on the support.7. Install cap (1) on the fuel tank.8. Close the battery box cover.Engine Compartment Light
1. The light is installed inside the engine hood. Unlatch and raise the engine hood. 2. Move the switch on the light to turn it ON. Move the switch in the opposite direction to turn it OFF.3. Close and latch the engine hood.Implement Control Levers Adjustment
The control lever position can be adjusted forward/backward and upward/downward. Select the desired position to allow full lever operation. Height Adjustment
1. Remove setscrew (3) that holds knob (2) to lever (1).2. Move the knob up or down to the desired position. When properly adjusted, align the setscrew holes of the lever and the knob and install the setscrew. Forward/Backward Adjustment
The control lever can be turned 60 degrees and placed in either position A or B. Select the desired position.1. Remove rubber ring (1) with a screwdriver.2. Pull the bottom end of boot (2) upward.3. Remove setscrew (3).4. Turn lever (4) to the desired position. Align the setscrew holes of lever (4) and boss (5) and install the setscrew to hold the lever in the selected position.Seat Adjustment
Seat adjustment should be checked at the beginning of each shift or when changing operators.Always use the seat belt when operating machine.Adjust seat to allow full pedal travel with operator's back against seat back.
The seat position can be adjusted forward or backward, upward or downward and seat back tilt. Select the desired position to allow full pedal and lever travel. Reclining adjustment lever (1);To adjust the seat back tilt, pull up and hold lever and move the seat back to the desired position. Release lever to lock the seat back in this position. Forward/backward adjustment lever (2);To adjust the seat forward or backward, pull up and hold lever and move the seat to the desired position. Release lever to lock the seat in this position.Additionally, the seat can move forward a small amount of distance from its foremost position, if all of four bolts shown by arrows are removed. Be sure to securely tighten the bolts after correctly adjusted.(1WJ00180 -Up, 3FJ00363 -Up) Height adjustment handle (3);Seat height can be adjusted by means of this handle. Turning the handle clockwise raises the seat; turning the handle counterclockwise lowers the seat. Armrest (4);The armrests can rotate 100 degrees in upper and reverse direction with each rear end as its axis. The armrests should be positioned upright when getting on or off the machine.
