Oscillating Axle Solenoid Valve
The oscillating axle solenoid is connected to the ECM at contact J1-61 (signal wire K746-PK) and contact J1-60 (ground wire H807-YL). The oscillating axle solenoid valve will energize in order to unlock the oscillating axle. When the solenoid is energized, the valve will direct pilot oil to the pilot-operated check valves in the oscillating axle cylinders. When the check valves are open, oil is allowed to flow between the oscillating cylinders. This will allow the axle to oscillate with contour of the ground .Implement Lockout Solenoid Valve
The implement lockout solenoid is connected to the ECM at contact J1-59 (signal wire A588-GN) and contact J1-60 (ground wire H807-YL). This solenoid is energized in order to activate the implements. See Systems Operation, "Hydraulic Activation Control Function" for more information.Travel Pilot Pressure Solenoid Valve
The travel pilot pressure solenoid is connected to the ECM at contact J1-49 (signal wire K923-PU) and contact J1-49 (ground wire H801-PU). The ECM activates this solenoid when the conditions are correct in order to enable machine travel. When the solenoid is energized, pilot hydraulic pressure is supplied to the combination valve. For more information, refer to Systems Operation, "Travel Activation Function"Travel Motor Swash Plate Angle Limit Solenoid Valve
The travel motor swash plate angle limit solenoid valve is connected to the ECM at contact J1-48 (signal wire F853-BR) and contact J1-50 (ground wire H801-PU). This solenoid will control the output speed of the power train drive motor. The travel motor displacement valve is a proportional reducing valve that will control and regulate the oil pressure for the travel motor shift piston. The shift piston is located in the travel motor. The shift piston will control the swash plate angle of the travel motor.Transmission Gear Shift Solenoid Valves
There are two transmission gear shift solenoids. One solenoid shifts the low speed clutch assembly and the other solenoid shifts the high speed clutch assembly in the two-speed transmission.Transmission Gear Shift Solenoid 1 is connected to the ECM at contact J2-5 (signal wire J610-WH) and contact J2-8 (ground wire H802-GY).Transmission Gear Shift Solenoid 2 is connected to the ECM at contact J2-6 (signal wire J620-WH) and contact J2-8 (ground wire H802-GY).
