This Program can only be administered after a failure occurs. The decision whether to apply the Program is made by the dealer. When reporting the repair, use "PS0864" as the Part Number and "7755" as the Group Number. Use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and use "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.
Although this Program is to be administered as described above on the Affected Product, parts should be reworked from Parts Stock as soon as possible.

The pistons may seize due to insufficient heat treatment of the barrel in the swing motor on certain 320, 320L, 320N, 322, 322L, 325, 325L, 330 and 330L Excavators.

Refer to the Disassembly and Assembly Manual for details.
1. Remove the swing motor assembly from the machine.2. Disassemble the swing motor to change the barrel with a new one. Assemble the swing motor.3. Change the head seal and brake piston seals in the motor only if needed.4. Apply 1U8846 Gasket Maker between the swing motor and the swing drive (the case on 320, 320L and 320N). Change the seal between the swing motor and the swing drive (case of 322, 322L, 325, 325L, 330 and 330L) if necessary.5. Fill the case with SAE 10 W hydraulic oil up to the fill port prior to operation.6. Install the Swing Motor Assembly back on the machine according to the service manual. The approximate weight of the motors are: 322, 325 and 330 - 64 Kg (141 lbs) and 320 - 57 Kg (125 lbs).Parts Stock
