U-22 A-15 AU-16 O-16 PRIORITY 0645, 4050, 3280 PI3380 Apply this program only to the Affected Product that will be operating in an area where the starting ambient temperature is at or below 10 deg.C (50 deg.F). On any Affected Product operating above 10 deg.C (50 deg.F) or not operating at all, file a SIMS Report showing PI3380 has been completed and stating in the optional comments field "PIP Not Needed." Problem
The differential lube pump may not prime when oil is too viscous. When the pump fails to prime, lube is lost to the differential steering unit and the input pinion bearing may fail.

Dealers will need to order parts for this Program. 1 - 2S4078 Seal 1 - 6V8400 Seal 1 - 6V9009 Elbow 1 - 6V9834 Plug 36 U.S. Gal SAE 10W CXP Transmission/Drive Train Oil (TDTO) or CXP Hydraulic Oil (HYDO) If circumstances require the use of an oil other than specified above, use an oil that meets API CD/TO-2 or MIL-L- 2104D.
Action Required
Drain the Differential, Final Drives, and PTO compartment. Inspect the suction screens for large metal debris. On tractors that are not equipped with a PTO, inspect
