Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the fuel tank guard. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fuel Tank Guard - Remove and Install".

Attach straps or a suitable lifting device to ROPS (1). Weight of ROPS is 136 kg (300 lb).

Remove bolts (2), the washers and light (3) .

Remove bolts (2) and the washers.

Open the battery compartment access door. Loosen bolts (4). Slide bracket (5) upward in order to allow clearance for the removal of the ROPS. Tighten bolts (4) finger tight. Remove the ROPS from the machine.Installation Procedure

Attach straps or a suitable lifting device to ROPS (1). Weight of ROPS is 136 kg (300 lb). Move the ROPS into position on the machine.

Loosen bolts (4). Slide bracket (5) downward until the top of the bracket contacts the ROPS. Tighten bolts (4). Close the battery compartment access door.
