Go to the "Work Tool Select" screen under the main menu, then select the "Calibration" menu on the key menu.

Select "Front Multi Operation" and press "OK".

Make sure that the red alert lamp is illuminated. This lamp indicates that the software has been installed on the ECM.
Follow the instruction on the screen and position the machine to the front multi-calibration ready position.Note: The operating speed will be automatically reduced after entering the calibration mode.Note: The monitor should show "Begin Motion" or "Restart Motion".

Press and hold the upper button (1) on the left joystick to activate the CPM Auto Calibration mode. Check that the red alert lamp is now blinking.
Continue to hold the left upper button (1) and move the joystick in the Swing Right or Swing Left direction. The machine will automatically proceed to the calibration. Hold the joystick while holding the upper button until a beep sounds, then move back and release the joystick to a neutral position.Note: Boom functions can operate during the CPM auto calibration mode. If the CPM auto calibration has failed, the boom height can be adjusted by manual operation to pass the calibration.Note: Press the "Cancel" on the menu twice, to return to the normal manual operation mode
Confirm the monitor shows "Log succeeded".Note: Press "OK" and move back to the calibration ready position. Refer to the instruction on the monitor if the calibration was not successful.
To proceed to next step, press and hold the upper button (1) on the left joystick again to activate the CPM auto calibration mode. Check that the red alert lamp is blinking.Note: The monitor should show "Begin Motion" before proceeding to the next step.
Follow the instructions on the monitor to complete all phases of front multi-operation calibration by the auto calibration mode.Note: The upper button on the left joystick must be pressed to activate auto calibration mode. The upper button must be held while performing the auto calibration.
After completing the front-multi operation calibration, proceed to the bucket zero calibration by the manual calibration mode. Refer to the "Operation and Maintenance Manual" , Production Measurement Application Calibration - Bucket Zero Calibration.
After completing all the calibrations, lower the work tool to the ground and place the hydraulic lockout control in the LOCKED position.Turn the engine start switch to the OFF position and the battery disconnect switch to the OFF position.
Remove the service tooling from the machine and replace the lunch box or panel.Troubleshooting
