Stopping
1. Reduce travel speed. Pull retarder lever to reduce travel speed. Depress service brake pedal to stop machine. Push transmission control to NEUTRAL and turn transmission safety lock to ON.Parking
Push controls to lower scraper bowl and apron. If equipped, push cushion hitch control to LOCKDOWN, push bail control to DOWN and move brake lever to PARK. If equipped with single lever hitch and bail control, push control to LOCKDOWN and BAIL DOWN.Stopping the Engines
1. Operate machine at reduced load for 5 minutes.2. Run engines at low idle for 30 seconds. 3. Press stop button to stop scraper engine. 4. Lift toe of tractor accelerator to stop tractor engine.5. Turn disconnect switch OFF. Remove key if leaving machine.6. Drain water from tractor-scraper air reservoirs. (Do not turn bolt more than one full turn.)
