A few 360-8960 Fuel Filter Elements may have urethane overflow into the anti pre-fill hole. The urethane will not allow fuel to flow through the filter and the engine may not start.Solution
In the event of failure, replace the 360-8960 Fuel Filter Element with the same part number. If the machine does not start after the fuel filter element has been changed, follow this procedure.Provide the production date of the fuel filter element and any information through the CPI Feedback tool in Service Information Management System (SIMSi). Reference the CPI number 383239.
