Move machine to a smooth level place able to support the weight of the machine.
Lower all the attachments to the ground. Turn the engine start switch to the OFF position.
Engage parking brake.
Release pressure from the hydraulic system. Refer to Testing and Adjusting, "System Pressure-Release".

Raise the cab to gain access to the implement pump and the pressure tap for the implement pump. If necessary, remove the access covers from the left-hand side and left-rear corner of the machine cab to allow for access to the implement pump.

Attach Tooling B with the correct pressure gage to the implement pressure tap (3).
Locate the main control valve located between the winch and boom assemblies on the rear of the machine under the access plates.

Locate the load sense relief valve cover on the left-hand side of the main control valve and remove the plastic cover.
Start the engine and run the engine at high idle to warm the hydraulic oil to operating temperature. When the hydraulic oil reaches operating temperature, lower the engine speed to idle.
Insert a 4mm allen wrench into the load sense relief adjustment screw. Note the position of the allen wrench.
With the engine speed at idle, stall the dozer function.
Observe the pressure gage installed in Step 6. Slowly turn the load sense relief adjustment until pressure on the gage stops rising. Note the pressure. This pressure is the line relief pressure for the stalled function.
Release the stall condition.
Refer to Table 1. If the pressure is correct, proceed to Step 15. If the pressure is incorrect, replace the relief valve. The relief valve is not adjustable. Repeat the procedure with new relief valve.
Turn the load sense relief adjustment screw back to the position in Step 10.
