Attach a suitable lifting device onto guard assembly (1). The weight of guard assembly (1) is approximately 147 kg (325 lb). Remove bolts (2) .

Remove bolts (3) from both sides of guard assembly (1). Lower guard assembly (1) .

Attach a suitable lifting device, Tooling (A), and Tooling (B) onto link assembly (4) and guard assembly (1), as shown. Repeat for the other side of the machine.
Remove bolts (5) and hinge (6) from both sides of guard assembly (1). Remove guard assembly (1) .Installation Procedure

Attach a suitable lifting device, Tooling (A), and Tooling (B) onto link assembly (4) and guard assembly (1), as shown. Repeat for the other side of the machine. The weight of guard assembly (1) is approximately 147 kg (325 lb).
Position guard assembly (1). Install bolts (5) and hinge (6) onto both sides of guard assembly (1). Remove Tooling (A) and Tooling (B) .

Install bolts (2) into guard assembly (1) .
