Remove bolt (5). Remove retainer (6).

Remove O-ring seal (7). Remove yoke (8).

Use two bolts (9) as pusher bolts. Use two people in order to remove bearing cage (10). The weight of bearing cage (10) is approximately 25 kg (55 lb).

Remove lip seal (12). Remove O-ring seal (13). Remove bearing cup (11).

Remove shim pack (14).

Attach Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device onto gear (15). Remove gear (15). The weight of gear (15) is approximately 45 kg (100 lb).

Use Tooling (C) in order to remove bearing cone (16) from gear (15).
Repeat Step 11 for the bearing cone on the other side of gear (15).

Remove bolt (18). Remove tube assembly (17). Remove orifices (19). Remove bearing cup (20).

Use Tooling (A) in order to position transfer gears (1), as shown. Remove bolts (21).

Use two bolts (21) as pusher bolts. Remove bearing cage (22).

Remove cup (23) from cage (22).

Remove shim pack (24). Use two people in order to remove gear (25). The weight of gear (25) is approximately 29 kg (65 lb).

Repeat step (19) for the bearing cone on the other side of gear (25).
