1. Tighten to 18.1 N m (160.2 lb in).
2. Loosen to 5.6 N m (49.6 lb in).
3. Again, tighten to 13.6 1.2 N m (120.4 10.6 lb in).
2 - - Opening pressure of the wastegate is 179.3 3.4 kPa (26.0 0.5 psi).
3 1 268-2960 Clamp As Torque to 13.6 1.2 N m (120.4 10.6 lb in)
4 4 - Before assembly, apply Loctite C5A copper anti-seize to the threads.
Torque the nuts to 55 5 N m (41 4 lb ft).
