3. Disconnect the tilt pilot control oil lines (T1) and (T2) from tank.4. Disconnect the lift pilot control oil lines (L1), (L2), and (L3) from the tank.5. Remove the make-up valve vent line clamp retaining bolt (1). 6. Remove the tank bottom plate mounting bolts. Attach a hoist and remove the tank (2)-weight 300 lb. (136 kg). 7. Remove tube assembly (3). Disconnect the vent valve-to-lift actuator valve oil line (7) from the actuator valve. Remove the lift pilot control oil lines (L1), (L2), and (L3).8. Remove the five mounting bolts, and slide lift actuator valve (5) out of lever (4).9. Remove the make-up valve vent line (7) and the vent valve oil line (6).10. Remove the two valve mounting bolts and four washers. Remove the vent valve (8). 11. Remove the tilt pilot control oil lines (T1) and (T2). 12. Remove the four tilt actuator valve mounting bolts, and slide the valve (13) out of lever (12).13. Remove the tilt cylinder equalizer lines (10).14. Remove the lift cylinder equalizer lines (11).15. Remove sensing line (9). 16. Remove the right tilt cylinder dual sensing head end relief valve (15).17. Remove the right tilt cylinder rod end relief valve (14). 18. Remove the five mounting bolts (16) and plate (17). Remove the right tilt cylinder make-up valves (18) and oil manifold (19).19. Remove the right lift cylinder make-up valves (20). 20. Remove the right tilt cylinder and right lift cylinder main relief valve (21).21. Remove cotter pins and retaining pins (22) and (23) from control linkage. Remove the right main control valve mounting bolts.22. Install two 1/2"-13NC forged eyebolts in top of main control valve. Attach a hoist and remove the right tilt cylinder and right lift cylinder main control valve (24)-weight 110 lb. (50 kg). 23. Remove the sensing line (29).24. Remove the left tilt cylinder dual sensing head end relief valve (28).25. Remove the left tilt cylinder rod end relief valve (25). 26. Remove the five mounting bolts (26) and plate (27). Remove the left tilt cylinder make-up valves (30) and oil manifold (31). 27. Remove the left lift cylinder make-up valves (36) and oil manifold (35).28. Remove the left tilt cylinder and left lift cylinder main relief valve (33).29. Remove the main control valve mounting bolts.30. Install two 1/2"-13NC forged eyebolts in top of valve. Attach a hoist and remove the left tilt cylinder and left lift cylinder main control valve (34)-weight 110 lb. (50 kg).31. Remove the levers (32). 32. Using tool setup (A), remove the bearings from levers (32).Assemble Front Hydraulic Tank
1. Using tool setup (A), install the bearings in the two levers (1).2. Install the levers on tank bottom plate.3. Install two 1/2"-13NC forged eyebolts in top of left tilt cylinder and left lift cylinder main control valve.4. Attach a hoist and raise the valve. Install the O-ring seals in bottom of valve.5. Using the hoist, position the left main control valve on the tank bottom plate. Install and tighten valve mounting bolts.
