A 5J-7910 Bolt 1 Start By:
Remove the fan drive. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly , "Fan Drive - Remove". Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before the disassembly procedure, the exterior of the component should be thoroughly cleaned. This will help to prevent dirt from entering the internal mechanism.

Remove bolts (1). Remove retainer (2).

Remove bearing cone (3). Remove spacer (4). Remove hub (5).

Reposition the hub, as shown. Remove lip seal (6). Remove bearing cone (3). Remove bearing cups (7).

Remove sleeve (11). Remove bolt (9) from shaft (10). Install Tooling (A) into shaft (10). Use a suitable press in order to remove shaft (10) from bracket (8).
