HARNESS AS-LIGHTING 2151635 - Caterpillar

1. Remove sheet assembly (1) from the right rear side of the machine. The weight is 85 lb. (39 kg). 2. Drain the oil level in the hydraulic tank below the manifold on the side of the tank to which oil line (5) is connected.3. Disconnect wire (2) from the steering filter.4. Disconnect oil line (3) from the steering filter.5. Remove four bolts (4) that hold the flange to the bottom of the filter. 6. Open the door assembly that is over the hydraulic filters. Install tooling (A) and fasten a hoist as shown. Remove two bolts (7) and remove steering filter (6) from the machine. The weight is 120 lb. (54 kg).Install Steering Filter
1. Install tooling (A) to the steering filter and fasten a hoist as shown. Put steering filter (1) in position on the side of the hydraulic tank. Install the two bolts that hold the steering filter in place. 2. Connect wire (2) to the side of the steering filter.3. Install four bolts (4) that hold the flange and oil line (5) to the bottom of the steering filter.4. Connect oil line (3) to the steering filter.5. Fill the hydraulic tank to the correct level with oil. 6. Install sheet assembly (6) on the right rear side of the machine. The weight is 85 lb. (39 kg).
