Installation Procedure
Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.Note: Check the condition of the gasket that is used between turbocharger (6) and the exhaust manifold. If the gasket is worn or damaged, use a new part for replacement.

Install turbocharger (5) .
Install nuts (6). Tighten nuts (6) to a torque of 54 5 N m (40 4 lb ft).
Connect tube assembly (7) .
Connect hose assembly (4) .

Connect hoses (2) and (3) .
Tighten clamps (1) on hoses (2) and (3) .End By: Install the muffler. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Muffler - Remove and Install" for the machine that is being serviced.
