1. Connect the pump outlet to ports (1) (high-pressure inlet) on the 9U-5902 Rectifier Block.2. Connect a hose from high pressure outlet on Rectifier Block to inlet on flowmeter. Flowmeter must be inline with a loading circuit or have an internal loading valve.3. Connect a hose from the outlet of the flowmeter to the inlet of the heat exchanger. (If the high-pressure relief valves are going to be tested, it is recommended the 9U-5893 Heat Exchanger is installed into the low-pressure side of the circuit due to the amount of heat generated in a high-pressure, closed loop system).4. Connect a hose from the outlet of the heat exchanger to the low pressure inlet on the 9U-5902 Rectifier Block. (If the heat exchanger is not used, loop a line from port to port on the rectifier block.)5. Connect a hose from a supply port on the test bench to charge pump inlet (9). This will supply oil to the charge pump on the test pump.6. Use a test hose to the opposite port (3) on the pump to a pressure regulated output signal port on the test stand (0 to 1400 kPa (0 to 200 psi).7. Connect a test hose to the opposite port (3) of the control valve or vent to the atmosphere. This will reduce hydraulic lock in the control valve when pressure is applied to the opposite side of the spool. 8. Fill the pump case with test oil. Direct the flow to an observable location or to a flowmeter.
