1. Increase the pump rotation to 1000 rpm.2. Slowly increase the signal pressure to pump control port to 400 100 kPa (60 15 psi).3. Apply 6900 kPa (1000 psi) load to the system with loading valve.4. Record the pump outflow at this point. The pump output should be approximately 7.8 lpm (2.0 gpm). If the pump output is within acceptable limits, reduce load pressure, signal pressure, and rpm to zero and repeat this test for the other output side of the pump. The pump output should be within the same specification. If not, adjust the null adjustment screw slowly, in 1/12 turn increments. After adjustment, check both sides again (it is more important that output flow is the same on both sides at the same signal pressure). If the pump output is within acceptable limits, proceed to the Checking Maximum Displacement section.
