Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the right side engine enclosure. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Sound Suppression (Engine Enclosure) - Remove and Install".

Personal injury can result from being struck by parts propelled by a released spring force.Make sure to wear all necessary protective equipment.Follow the recommended procedure and use all recommended tooling to release the spring force.
Remove plug (1) .
Remove O-ring seal (2). Remove spring (3) and plunger (4) .Installation Procedure

Improper assembly of parts that are spring loaded can cause bodily injury.To prevent possible injury, follow the established assembly procedure and wear protective equipment.
Install plunger (4) and spring (3). Install O-ring seal (2) onto plug (1) .
Install plug (1). Tighten plug (1) to a torque of 100 15 N m (74 11 lb ft).End By: Install the right side engine enclosure. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Sound Suppression (Engine Enclosure) - Remove and Install".
