Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.
Note: Inspect the O-ring seals. Replace O-ring seals that are worn or damaged.

Install O-ring seal (6) .

Use Tooling (A), Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device in order to install front brake assembly (1). The weight of front brake assembly (1) is approximately 840 kg (1852 lb).

Install retainers (5). Apply Tooling (C) onto bolts (4). Install bolts (4) .

Install bracket (3). Install tube assembly (2) .End By: Install the front wheel bearings and the Duo-cone seals. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Front Wheel Bearings - Install".
