Installation Procedure
Locate a hoist that can lift the following components:
The 171-5564 Bracket weighs 126 kg (278 lb).
The Shear weighs 580 kg (1279 lb).

Attach the Shear to 171-5564 Bracket (X). Use six 7X-2562 Bolts (Z) and 8T-4123 Plated Washers (Y). Tighten the bolts to a torque of 460 60 N m (339 44 lb ft). Refer to illustration 1.Note: The bracket, bolts, and washers are not included in the 171-5565 Connecting Lines Group .
Install the mounting bracket to the machine. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, SEBU7468, "Work Tool Coupler Operation - Attaching the Work Tool".

(14) 280-9186 Diverter Valve and Mounting (21) 3E-8025 Bolt
Install the valve group (14) to the bracket assembly. Use four bolts (21). Tighten the bolts to a torque of 12 3 N m (9 2 lb ft).

Assemble the hydraulic components to the valve group (14) and the shears rotator.

Install wire harness (15) to the valve group (14) .
