Remove bolt (1), the washer, and the spacer from pin (2) .

Attach a suitable hoist and a suitable lifting sling to lift cylinder (3) .
Remove pin (2) .

Place suitable cribbing between lift cylinder (3) and the loader frame. Use the hoist in order to lower the lift cylinder onto the cribbing.
Repeat Steps 3 through 6 in order to remove the remaining lift cylinder.

Disconnect harness assembly (8) .
Remove bolts (7) and the washers. Remove bracket assembly (4) .
Remove bolts (6) and the washers. Remove lamp assembly (5) .
Disconnect grease tube assembly (9) .
Remove bolt (10) and the washer.

Disconnect harness assembly (13) .
Disconnect grease tube assembly (14) .
Remove bolts (12) and the washers. Remove lamp assembly (11) .
Remove bolt (15) and the washer.

Attach a suitable hoist and lifting slings to lift arms (16) .

Install Tooling (B) on pin (17). Attach a suitable hoist and a suitable lifting sling to Tooling (B) in order to support the cylinder.
Use Tooling (B) in order to remove pin (17) from the lift arms.
Repeat Steps 18 and 19 in order to remove the pin on the opposite side.
Use the hoist in order to remove the lift arms. The weight of the lift arms is approximately 1090 kg (2400 lb).

Put lift arm assembly (16) on cribbing, as shown.

Remove lip seals (18) from the bucket end of the lift arms.

Use Tooling (C) in order to remove the bearings from the bucket end of the lift arms.

Remove lip seals (19) from the lift cylinder pin bores.

Use Tooling (D) in order to remove the bearings from the lift cylinder pin bores.

Remove lip seals (20) from the frame end pin bore.
