Loosen clamp (93) in order to disconnect the hose from the coolant port.

Note: The hydraulic tank and plate assembly will already be removed from the machine. The Lifting Plate will be attached to the plate assembly.
Remove 147-8590 Lifting Plate (94) from the frame of the hydraulic tank.

Remove two 6I-0593 Bolts (95) and 123-2900 Spacer (96) .

Install the Spacer, Lifting Plate (97), and two bolts (98). Tighten the bolts to a torque of 44 11 N m (32 8 lb ft).

Support the unit with Tooling (D) and a suitable lifting device.

Remove three bolts (99) and move bracket (100) aside.

Remove nut (101), the bolt, and the lower portion of the mount assembly.

Remove nut (102), the bolt, and the lower portion of the mount assembly.

Remove nut (103) and the washer.

Remove four bolts (105) and the washers.
Remove mounting bolt (106), the washer, and the mount assembly.

Remove four bolts (107) and the washers in order to remove the mounting bracket.

Remove four bolts (108), the washers, and the mount assembly.

Remove four bolts (110) and the washers in order to remove the mounting bracket.
Carefully remove the engine and the transmission from the machine. Be sure not to catch on any loose wires or loose hoses.

Use Tooling (A) and (B) in order to support the engine and the transmission. The weight of the engine and the transmission is 1179 kg (2600 lb).
