Use the following procedure in order to clean the hydraulic system and flush the hydraulic system:
While the tractor is still separated, remove any debris that is visible by wiping with a clean cloth.

Drain plug
Remove the magnetic drain plug and clean the magnetic drain plug (1). Reinstall the drain plug.

Suction screen
Clean suction screen (2) with a nonflammable solvent. Reinstall the suction screen.Reference: Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change" for more information about accessing and cleaning the suction screen.

Transmission hydraulic control
Remove "MC1" modulation valve (3) and remove "MC2" modulation valve (4). Clean the 114-5940 Screen Orifice (5). Also, clean the 114-5942 Screen Orifice (6). Reassemble the valves. Reinstall the modulation valves.

Connector on steering pump
Remove the 107-6631 Connector (7) that is located on the steering pump. Clean the screen in the connector with a nonflammable solvent. Reinstall the connector.
Install the temporary cleanout filters. See Table 1 and Table 2 for the correct cleanout filter for your tractor.

Adapter hose
Once the tractor is reassembled, add the proper amount of hydraulic oil. Run the engine at low idle for 20 to 30 minutes. Do not touch any controls in the cab.Reference: Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Refill Capacities" for the correct amount of oil.Attach an adapter hose with a needle valve in order to heat the oil. This will allow the oil to flow in a loop from port (8) to port (9).
You can heat the oil faster by placing a piece of cardboard in front of the oil coolers. Increase the engine speed. Tighten the needle valve on the adapter hose in order to heat the hydraulic oil. Heat the oil until a temperature of 60 °C (140 °F) is indicated by two bars on the transmission oil temperature indicator on the dash. Make sure that you remove the cardboard when the oil reaches operating temperature.
Lower and raise the three-point hitch at least three times without any load.
Raise the tractor so that both belts are 20 to 30 cm (8 to 12 inch) off the ground. Shift through each of the forward gears by starting with the lower gears first. Shift through each of the reverse gears by starting with the lower gears first.
