1. Remove four bolts and move top panel (2) to the side. Remove two bolts and front panel (1).
Do not disconnect any lines from the bottom dump bucket control valve until all the hydraulic oil pressure in circuit has been released.
2. Put identification on four hoses (4) and remove these from the valve. Disconnect hose (3) so it can be removed from above the valve. 3. Put identification on two hoses (5) and remove from the valve. Put identification on two wires (7) and disconnect from solenoid wires (6). 4. Disconnect hose (10) from the bottom of bottom dump bucket control valve (8). Fasten a hoist to the valve as shown. Remove the three bolts which fasten the valve to support bracket (9) and remove the valve. The weight of the valve is 160 lb. (72 kg).Install Bottom Dump Bucket Control Valve
1. Fasten a hoist to bottom dump bucket control valve (1) and put the valve in position on support bracket (2). Install the three bolts which fasten the valve to the bracket. Install hose (3) on the bottom of the valve. 2. Connect two wires (6) to solenoid leads (5). Connect two hoses (4) to the valve. 3. Install four hoses (8) on the valve. Connect hose (7) as shown. 4. Install front panel (10) with two bolts. Move top panel (9) in position and install four bolts.Disassemble Bottom Dump Bucket Control Valve
start by:a) remove bottom dump bucket control valve 1. Disconnect both ends of hose (1) and remove it. Remove four bolts (2) which fasten the housing assembly to control valve (3). Remove the housing assembly and O-ring seal from the control valve. 2. Remove two nuts (4) and remove coils (5) from the valve assemblies in housing (6).3. Remove cover (8) from housing. Remove washer (7), spring (10), plunger assembly (9) and valve body (11) from housing (6). 4. Remove stem assembly (12) from the control valve assembly.5. Remove bolt (15) and washer (17) from stem (12). Remove retainer (14), spring (16) and washer (13) from the stem. 6. Remove four bolts, housing (21) and O-ring seal from the control valve. Remove two make-up valves (19) and (20). Remove load check valve (18). 7. The make-up valves include plug (22), spring (23) and valve (24). 8. The load check valve includes valve (25), spring (26) and plug (27). 9. Remove two line relief valves (28) from the control valve.10. Remove cap (32), shims (30), spring (31) and valve (29) from valve group (28).Assemble Bottom Dump Bucket Control Valve
1. Inspect the condition of all O-ring seals and make replacements if necessary. 2. Install O-ring seal (1) on cap (4). Install two O-ring seals (3) on valve group (7). Install shims (5), spring (2) and valve (6) in the cap. Install the valve group on the cap. Tighten the cap to a torque of 75 5 lb.ft. (100 7 N m).3. Install two line relief valve assemblies (7) in bucket control valve (8). 4. Install
