1. Put the radiator and guard (1) in position on the frame and install the bolts that hold the guard to the frame.2. Install alternator wire in the alternator and connect the wiring harness. Use clip to fasten wiring harness on the frame. 3. Put hose (2) in position and install two clamps to fasten hose in place. 4. Put hose (4) in position and install two clamps (3). 5. Install fan guards (5) on each side of the radiator. 6. Install radiator guards (6) in position.7. Install the side panel assemblies on the rear frame.8. Install hood, exhaust pipe and precleaner.9. Fill the cooling system with coolant to the correct level.
