12. Remove bolts (19) to disconnect tube assembly (18) from the implement pump.13. Loosen clamp (20) and push tube assembly (18) away from the implement pump. 14. Fasten a hoist to implement pump (21). Remove the two bolts and remove implement pump (21) from the machine. The weight of pump (21) is 27 kg (60 lb.).Install Implement Pump
1. Fasten a hoist to implement pump (1) and put it in position on the machine. Make sure the O-ring seal on the pump flange is in place. Install the two bolts to hold pump (1) in position. 2. Put suction tube assembly (2) in position on the implement pump. Install bolts (3) and tighten the clamp to hold assembly (2) in position. 3. Connect hose assembly (5) to the implement pump.4. Tighten clamp (4) to hold the other end of suction tube assembly (2) in position. 5. Put heat shield (6) in position and install bolt (7) and the nut to hold the shield. 6. Fasten a hoist to air cleaner housing (9) and oil filter support (11) as shown. Put pipe (8), air cleaner housing (9), oil filter support (11) and relay panel (10) as a unit in position on the machine. Install the bolts and tighten the clamp that holds the unit in position. 7. Connect two wiring harnesses (12) to the relay panel. 8. Install bolts (13), bolt and nut (14) to connect heat shield (6) to the oil filter support. 9. Put oil filter bases (15) in position on the oil filter support and install the bolts to hold these in position.10. Install the bolts in the clips that hold wiring harnesses (16) to the frame assembly. 11. Install panel assembly (19) and precleaner (18) on the machine. Tighten the bolt of the precleaner clamp assembly to a torque of 11 3 N m (8 2 lb.ft.).12. Fasten a hoist to panel assembly (17) and put it in position. Fasten the latches that hold panel assembly (17) in position.13. Close doors (20) on both sides of the engine compartment.Disassemble Implement Pump
START BY:a) remove implement pump
Do not mix the parts of the pump when it is disassembled. Keep the parts with their respective sections of the pump.
1. Thoroughly clean the outside of the pump. Put marks on each section of the pump for correct alignment at assembly.2. Remove O-ring seal (1) from flange (2).3. Remove nuts (3) and remove flange (2) from the gear plate. 4. Remove O-ring seal (4) from the flange. 5. Remove two seals (5) and the spacer ring from the flange. 6. Remove ring retainer (7), O-ring seal (9), backup ring (8) and isolation plate (6) from the gear plate. 7. Lift drive gear (10) until pressure plate (12) is clear of the gear plate. Remove pressure plate (12) from the gears.8. Remove drive gear (10) and idler gear (11) from the gear plate.
Do not use force to remove pressure plate (13).
