Note: Put identification marks on all lines, on all hoses, on all wires and on all tubes for installation purposes. Plug all lines, all hoses and all tubes. This helps to prevent fluid loss and this helps to keep contaminants from entering the system.Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before the removal procedure, the exterior of the component should be thoroughly cleaned. This will help to prevent dirt from entering the internal mechanism.

Remove four bolts (1), the washers, and guard (2) .
Remove ladder assembly (3) .

Attach a suitable hoist and lifting slings to fender assembly (4), as shown.

Remove bolts (5) and the washers.

Remove bolts (6), (7), and (8) .
Use the hoist in order to remove fender assembly (4). The weight of fender assembly (4) is 86 kg (190 lb).

Disconnect two hose assemblies (9) .
Remove tube assembly (10) .
Disconnect electrical connector (11) .
Remove bolts (12) and the washers that hold the mounting plate to the fuel tank.

Place wood blocks under the mounting plate, as shown.
Remove two bolts (14), the washers, and parking brake control valve (13) .Installation Procedure

Install parking brake control valve (13), two bolts (14), and the washers.
Remove the wood blocks.

Install bolts (12) and the washers that hold the mounting plate to the fuel tank.
Connect two hose assemblies (9) .
Install tube assembly (10) .
Connect electrical connector (11) .

Attach a suitable hoist and lifting slings to fender assembly (4), as shown.
Use the hoist in order to install fender assembly (4). The weight of fender assembly (4) is 86 kg (190 lb).

Install bolts (5) and the washers.
