Attach Tooling (A) to boom assembly (5). Attach Tooling (B) to bucket assembly (6) in order to support bucket assembly (6) .
Support boom cylinder (7) .
Attach a suitable lifting device to boom assembly (5). The weight of boom assembly (5) is approximately 227 kg (500 lb).
Use Tooling (C) to remove retaining rings (8). Remove pin assemblies (9) .Note: Note the location of all spacers and washers. Use shims as shims are necessary.
Remove boom assembly (5) .

Lower the temperature of bearings (10). Use Tooling (E) in order to install bearings (10) .
