OK - The voltage is at 21.5 VDC or the voltage is above 21.5 VDC. 2
NOT OK - The voltage is below 21.5 VDC. The charging system is not correct.Repair: Check the charging system. Stop.Test Step 2. CHECK THE SYSTEM VOLTAGE AT THE CONTROL
Measure the system voltage between contact 1 and contact 2 of the harness connector.
The engine must be running at high idle.Results:
NOT OK - The voltage is below 21.5 VDC. The harness is not correct.Repair: Repair the harness or replace the harness. Stop.
OK - The voltage is at 21.5 VDC or above 21.5 VDC.Repair: Disconnect the control harness connector. Inspect contact 1 and contact 2. Connect the harness to the control. If the fault is still active, replace the control. Stop.
