4. Attach a hoist to the valve support bracket (1). Remove the four bracket mounting bolts (2).5. Remove the steering control valve and bracket (1) as a unit-weight 120 lb. (54 kg).Install Steering Control Valve
1. Attach a hoist and position the steering control valve and bracket. Install the four bracket mounting bolts.2. Connect the six oil lines to valve. Connect the control linkage to valve.3. Check the steering control valve linkage adjustment. Refer to STEERING GEAR AND FOLLOW-UP LINKAGE ADJUSTMENT in TESTING AND ADJUSTING.4. Install the floor plates and seat assembly.Remove Steering Pump
1. Remove the floor grating and support brace. 2. Disconnect the oil outlet hoses (1) from the steering pump.3. Disconnect the oil inlet line from bottom of pump.4. Attach a hoist to the pump. Remove the two pump mounting bolts. Remove the steering pump-weight 125 lb. (57 kg).Install Steering Pump
1. Attach a hoist and position the steering pump on the pump drive group. Make sure O-ring seal on inlet line is in place.2. Install the two pump mounting bolts.3. Connect the outlet hoses and the inlet line to the steering pump.4. Install the floor grating and support brace.
