Single flange track roller

(3) Shaft The single flange rollers are fastened to the track roller frame. The track rollers are in contact with the inside surfaces of the track links. The flanges on the track rollers reduce the movement of the track from side to side. The inside surfaces of the track links cause an even distribution of the weight of the machine along the track.The track rollers have Duo-Cone seals (2) at both ends of shaft (3). The collars (1) are assembled onto the ends of the shaft.The center of shaft (3) is an oil reservoir. The oil is used for lubrication of the bearing surfaces.The amount of side movement or the end clearance of shaft (3) cannot be adjusted.
