Test Preparation
Refer to Testing and Adjusting, "Machine Preparation for Testing and Adjusting".Refer to Testing and Adjusting, "System Pressure Release".
Move the machine to a smooth , level area that can support the weight of the machine.
Engage the parking brake
Lower the work tool to the ground.
Turn off the engine.

Install the steering lock.Piston Pump (Implement) High Pressure Stall-Test and Adjust
Relieve the pressure in the hydraulic system.
Ensure that the engine start switch is in the OFF position.

The test tap for the implement valve can be accessed through the right-hand side of the front frame though the hitch area.
Connect tooling (A) or (B) onto the test tap of the main implement valve.
Start the engine and warm the fluid up to operating temperature.
Run the engine at high idle.
Raise the loader arms to full height position.
With the loader arm at maximum height position, stall the loader arm by pulling back on the Joystick to 100% of travel.
Hold at stall until specification is met or no longer than 10 seconds.
Record the pressure.
Reduce the engine to low idle.
Lower the loader arms and place work tool on the ground.
Turn the engine key switch to the OFF Position
Release the hydraulic system pressure.
Compare pressure to the specifications in Table 1.
If the pressure is correct, proceed to Step 16. If the implement pump margin setting must be adjusted and all other testing has been performed, perform the following steps:

Remove panel (1) which is below the cab entry door on the right side of the machine. Gain access to the implement pump (4) and implement pump pressure compensator valve (3).

Loosen the locknut (5).
As needed, adjust the pressure. Turn the adjustment screw (6) clockwise to increase the pressure. Turn the adjustment screw (6) counterclockwise to decrease the pressure.Note: When decreasing the pressure setting, turn the adjustment screw (6) counterclockwise below the needed pressure. Then, turn adjusting screw (6) clockwise to the correct pressure setting. This method of adjusting the pressure setting eliminates any free play in the adjusting screw threads.
Tighten locknut (5).
To make sure that the pressure is correct, perform Steps 5 through 14 again.
Remove test equipment.
Install access panel below cab.
key switch to OFF position.
