Installation Procedure

Use two people in order to position pulley (11) to fan drive assembly (13) . The weight of pulley (11) is approximately 25 kg (55 lb). Install bolts (14) .

Attach a suitable lifting device to pulley (11) and position pulley (11) and fan drive assembly (13) to the engine. The weight of pulley (11) and fan drive assembly (13) is approximately 43 kg (95 lb). Install bolts (12) .

Install tube assembly (8) and install clamps (10) and (9) .

Install belts (7) .

Attach a suitable lifting device to fan assembly (5) . Carefully position fan assembly (5) in order to avoid damaging radiator assembly (6) . Install bolts (4) . The weight of fan assembly (5) is approximately 45 kg (100 lb).

Position guard assembly (2) and install nuts (1) and bolts (3) .End By: Install the engine enclosure. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Engine Enclosure - Remove and Install".
