Remove the front wheel, brake, and suspension cylinder.

Position front wheel, brake, and suspension cylinder (1) onto Tooling (A). Install bolts (2). Use suitable blocking in order to support the weight of front wheel, brake, and suspension cylinder (1). The weight of front wheel, brake, and suspension cylinder (1) is approximately 8437 kg (18600 lb).

Remove bolts (3). Use Tooling (B) in order to remove cover (4). Remove O-ring seal (5) .

Remove bolts (6), retainer (7), cover (8), and O-ring seal (9) .

Remove bolts (10). Remove retainer (11). Remove shims (12) .

Use Tooling (D) and a suitable lifting device in order to remove wheel assembly (13). The weight of wheel assembly (13) is approximately 1207 kg (2660 lb).

Use two people in order to remove bearing cone (14). The weight of bearing cone (14) is approximately 43 kg (95 lb).
Remove bearing cup (15) .
Turn over the wheel housing.

Attach Tooling (E) onto hub (16). The weight of hub (16) is approximately 49 kg (109 lb). Remove three pins (17). Remove hub (16) .

Remove Duo - Cone seal (18), bearing cup (19), and Duo - Cone seal (20) .

Use Tooling (F) in order to remove bearing cone (21). The weight of bearing cone (21) is approximately 74 kg (162 lb). Remove Duo - Cone seal (22) .
