Attach a suitable lifting device and Tooling (D) to bucket lever (11) and the link. Position bucket lever (11) and the link. The weight of bucket lever (11) and the link is approximately 281 kg (620 lb).
Install bolt (12) and the washer to pin assembly (13) .

Start the engine and extend tilt cylinder (8). Stop the engine.
Attach a suitable lifting device to tilt cylinder (8) and position tilt cylinder (8). Install pin assembly (9) and the washer to tilt cylinder (8) .
Install bolt (10) to pin assembly (9) .

Attach a suitable lifting device in order to support the link and bearing assembly (1). Install pin (3) .
Install the locknut and bolt (2) in order to retain pin (3) .

Remove Tooling (G) (not shown). Position tube assembly (7) and bucket positioner (6). Install bolts (5) .

Install bolts (4) .
Repeat this procedure for the bucket lever and the link on the other side of the lift arm.
